O-9 Lt. General (Epaulets – Small Size)
Left:   Mrs. Rosalyn Bass is Chief   Administrative Officer and   CFO of the company which means she is directly involved with the day-to-day administrative operations such as:   taxes, licenses, payroll, invoices and some personnel matters as may be required.   She also must sign off as the final approval of all promotions for employees; although generally the Board of Chiefs approve supervisor promotions; still requiring the CFO's signature.   Mrs. Bass is also a current Tennessee Certified Armed Protection Officer.

 

 

O-8 Major General (Epaulets – Large Size) Below: Mr. Nikita Dale is the Company' s Chief of Operations and is responsible for coordinating schedules to met the needs of our clients. Mr. Dale is also responsible for hiring qualified personnel and communicates with client contacts to ensure that the goals of client's are met by our company. Mr. Dale must also approve promotions before sending them up to the CFO for final Approval.

The Chief of Operations, as an Administrator,   also writes policy and sets rules for the company to ensure its' smooth operation. Mr. Dale is also a current Arkansas Law Enforcement Officer, Tennessee Certified Armed Protection Officer, and Certified Bail Enforcement Agent.

 

 
O-7 Brigadier General (Epaulets – Small Size) security1021jpgBelow:   Mr. Kenneth Curry Jr. is the company's Chief of Enforcement which means that he is responsible   for every assigned job   to be   carried out according to company standards and policy. The Chief of Enforcement is the direct manager of all   Supervising Officers (Lieutenants, Captain, Major, & Inspector)   and oversee the performance of Section Leaders   and they report to and work under his direction. The Chief of Enforcement evaluates employees and recommends them for advancement or not. The Chief of Enforcement carries out the orders of the Chief of Operations as it relates to all company compliance issues. As the company's Personnel Manager, the Chief of Enforcement has a broad range of authority. Mr. Curry is a Tennessee Certified Armed   Protection Officer, and Certified Bail Enforcement Agent.
